What to expect?
Workshop recordings generally include videos and/or audios which share theoretical knowledge, demonstration of practice elements and a guided dive practice.
A dive is a somatic, spontaneous movement practice uses sequences of breath, sound, touch, and movement to shift our consciousness and broaden our availability to a deeper intelligence. As we embody our essence, we begin to live from a place of effortless beingness from which everything emerges naturally, and we are in the flow.
