WORKSHOP DETAILS
This 2 hour 30 min workshop shares a shamanic process of self-pleasuring, energy transmission, and spontaneous movement. You will learn rich sequences of breath, sound, movement, and touch to awaken a connection to oneness and wholeness in the body.
The spontaneous movements and sensations awaken in the body, linking us to our authentic, erotic essence.
The integration of genital stimulation will intensify and heighten the potency of the practice.
This workshop is part of an ongoing series of workshops.
This specific session focuses on the harnessing of the power of our essence.
We will embody our erotic essence allowing it to begin to gain power and amplify in our being.
Harnessing is a foundational step in sharing our essence in a way that can impact our lives and the lives of others.
The 2.5-hour session includes theoretical teachings, a sharing circle, a transmission as well as a long and deep guided practice.
The content of each workshop of the series is different and they can be taken as a full series or individually as drop-ins.
