A psycho-spiritual approach
to the erotic experience.

A reminder we are
inherently whole,
and worthy of love.

I train people to become
body-based sexuality practitioners through
psycho-spiritual somatic practice.

Informed by mythology and symbolism,
it sits at the crossroads of
- somatic therapy,
- psychology,
- and spirituality.

This work pushes the edges

of what is considered acceptable in sexual healing and therapy.

Beyond clinical therapy, bodywork, and traditional surrogate models, it offers a fourth way:

  • explicit, mutual, embodied sexual practice
    grounded in trauma-informed awareness
    and deep psycho-somatic work.

Its deeper strands also engage the practice of shamanism: the experience of subtle elemental energies and altered states.

This work is not for everyone.

It usually calls those who have already engaged in therapy or body-based modalities and are ready to meet a sharper edge.

Ancestral Wisdom

Born of Greek and Egyptian ancestry, my lived experience was informed, from an early age, by symbolism, mythology and philosophies in which Eros is a central healing force.

Years of teaching, practice and initiations paved the way for this body of work.

Inspired by the ancient, archetypal wisdom of my ancestors, it shares a modern, embodied practice for the here and now.
