A rich, self-inquiry practice to help us continue our path to developing transformative abilities.
If perception is the first step of the transformation the next step is the unlocking and harnessing of our own abilities.
The practice in this workshop uses energetic and somatic practices, of breath sound and movement to support us in unravelling patterns in our system to allow us to connect to our more inherent state of oneness. As this happens, we begin to connect to our truest and highest essence and live from a more authentic place.
We open ourselves up to more creativity and a broader access to deep intelligence.
This workshop does not contain teachings, as it is a continuation of level 1.
It is composed of a demonstration of practices as well as a guided 60-minute deep dive, which uses awareness, sound, and subtle micro-movements to take us into the depths of the body and help us build unravel the infinite self.
