A rich, self inquiry practice to help us begin to harness the power of our highest transformation.
Perception is the first step of transformation. Before bringing change to something, we need to be able to perceive it.
The practice in this workshop uses energetic and somatic practices, of breath sound and movement to increase the sensitivity and openness of our system. As this happens, we began to perceive more of the power that lies within us, which can be felt through sensations and subtle micro-movements.
Externally, this increased perception allows us to feel the potency of the space around us in a more intense way, allowing us to be more receptive and harness more of the power of the fields of energy which are available around us when doing this type of shamanic work.
We will begin with a powerful energetic process to amplify the frequency level of our shared space, then follow with some brief teachings.
At the heart of the workshops is a 40-minute deep dive, which uses awareness, sound, and subtle micro-movements to take us into the depths of the body and help us build sensitivity to our infinite self.
This potent process helps us tap into the deeply intelligent frequency field that each of us has access to, so we can achieve a sustained connection to attractive forces of abundance. It will help us unlock our creativity, become more resourceful, and unravel any prohibitive patterns that are no longer serving us.
