For thousands of years, the mystery schools were recognised as the highest and most potent spiritual practice by the world’s most influential civilisations. They gathered teachers, shamans, and initiates at sacred sites to share knowledge about connecting to the cosmic realm. They unlocked higher power and gained the ability to transform their lives and those of others.
Today we can still connect to the wisdom of the mystery schools through processes of energy work and somatic movement, which allow us to achieve oneness. We will use sequences of breath, sound movement, and touch to unlock spontaneous movement in the body, allowing a deeper connection to our unified source.
As subtle rippling movements emerge in our bodies, they become the gateway to our deepest essence.
This workshop is a thorough introduction to these practices. It includes an arrival space in which we connect into a common field of high potency, a theoretical transmission of knowledge relating to this work, and a long deep dive practice allowing us to gain a deep knowingness of these concepts.
