The great space of oneness in our universe us where everything begins.
It holds the most creative and transformative power known to man, and we can all awaken the ability to connect to it, to harness our own limitless potential.
Geometrically, our link to it is the Torus shape, the apple / donut shape that is most common to all natural elements in our universe. This workshop guides us through some teachings and a practice that uses elements of earth Vortex energy, Shamanic breath and sound, light language and sacred geometry to access that shape within our being.
When connected to it. We engage with oneness and begin to shift onto a more limitless consciousness.
This workshop includes theoretical knowledge as well as a guided deep dive practice to allow us to find oneness in the body and the energy field.
We will begin with a short space of connection and transmission to acknowledge we are stepping into a field of higher energy frequency.
We will follow with sharing of knowledge and philosophy.
We will then be guided into a dive process: The somatic, spontaneous movement practice uses sequences of breath, sound, touch, and movement to shift our consciousness and broaden our availability to a deeper intelligence.
As we embody our essence, we begin to live from a place of oneness and effortless beingness from which everything can heal and transform.
