ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
This 2.5 hour workshop shares a shamanic process of self-pleasuring, energy transmission, and spontaneous movement. You will learn rich sequences of breath, sound, movement, and touch to awaken a connection to oneness and wholeness in the body.
This workshop is part of an ongoing series of workshops.
This workshop begins the journey to awakening our higher purpose through RECEIVING YOUR ESSENCE.
The exploration begins with grounding into the nurturing intelligence of the Earth and creating the container for our exploration to begin.
Slow and subtle micro-movements and light sensations appear and our awareness, breath and sound is guided through the body.
We begin to notice the intensification of both our inner and outer worlds.
From an inner perspective, we become more sensitive to the intelligence that exists within us. From an outer perspective, we increase our sensitivity to the energetic potency which is available to us.
As spontaneous movements and sensations emerge in the body, we begin to encounter our authentic, erotic essence and genital stimulation becomes a tool to intensify and harness it.
The 3-hour session includes theoretical teachings, a sharing circle, a transmission as well as a long and deep guided practice.
The content of each workshop of the series is different and they can be taken as a full series or individually as drop-ins.

This practice is best done lying down on the floor with a mat, otherwise a bed with a hard mattress can work as a second option.
