I’ll be honest.
I don’t go to workshops or retreats often.
To be really honest: I’m a cunt when it comes to the spaces I sit in.
But the processes I trust the most are the ones that include established science, and then expand beyond it.
They include the more experiential methods which science has not proven but which our ancestors have used for thousands of years.
The legacy and transmission of these traditions is powerful.
And their highest power actually lies in the fact that they need no proof to be validated.
This is why I keep going back to Egypt.
