Why?

Our sexual fantasies are not what we think.

What gets us hard, wet, excited, can be an expression of the symbolic language of the psyche.

Our fantasies are also not random, and don’t operate in isolation.
What happens in our erotic lives affects the rest of our lives,
and what happens in our lives shapes our erotic world too.

They often emerge through context and circumstance, nervous system conditioning, memory, and archetypal patterning.

They can become windows into parts of ourselves seeking healing, resolution, or wholeness:

  • Unspoken desires

  • Unresolved tensions and wounds

  • Disconnected aspects of self

  • Hidden parts of the psyche seeking integration

Over the years, the Medicine of Sex has been a space in which people heal by exploring their sexual fantasies.

We've explored abuse, rape, gangbang, incest, kidnapping, etc.

Its been a space for people to meet the edges of trauma and metabolise it.
to break open.
fall to their knees,
wail, shake, rage, tremble.

And then stand…
A little taller.

Breathe…
A little wider.

Overview

Course Curriculum

This course is an experiential container at the crossroads of psychology, embodiment, pleasure, and play.

The programme draws from over 10 years of professional experience and work with 100’s of client cases.

The approach is psycho-spiritual, drawing from mythology, symbolism, embodiment, and experiential erotic practice.

7 days of experiential exploration:
The programme centres around fantasy exploration and archetypal role-play exercises in pairs and groups.

The programme also includes :

  • Lectures and theoretical frameworks

  • Guided meditations and embodied inquiry practices

  • Inquiry into

    • The deep psychology behind your favorite fantasies.

    • Projection, power, desire, and shame

    • Trauma and the fantasy realm

    • Emotional processing and nervous system work

  • Practical skill-building sessions

    • Introduction to flogging

    • Introduction to rope play

    • Domination / submission in power dynamics

  • ✔ Men, cis or trans, who have some experience with personal growth or retreats.

    ✔ Practitioners with prior experience in sexuality, embodiment, or relational work

    ✔ This course is also suitable for facilitators and those who feel called to hold space for others in sexual contexts

  • Our home for the week is Pachalegria Retreat Center.

  • Nourishing Cuisine & Thoughtful Catering

    At Pachalegria, food is an integral part of the retreat experience. Our chefs prepare delicious, nourishing meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with menus designed to satisfy a wide range of tastes and dietary preferences.

    Retreat groups enjoy a comprehensive 6-day meal plan that includes a light wake-up offering of tea, coffee, and fresh fruit, followed by a hearty brunch inspired by traditional Mexican flavors, continental favorites, or the chef’s daily creations, and a wholesome lunch each day.

    We are happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary requirements, including food allergies and intolerances, with at least two weeks’ advance notice, ensuring every guest feels cared for and well nourished throughout their stay.

    Note: Dinner will be eaten at a local restaurant near the retreat centre.

  • As A Sex Shaman, Sacred Prostitute

    My job is to help people realise they are more than they think and that the world is more than they thought too.

    The method is based in remembering that every part of us is worthy of love.

    This happens through shamanic practice, holding a steady space of transmission and connection to Source.

    This also happens by facing our shadows, holding the places that felt they couldn't be loved- often found in our sexuality.

    As a teacher's teacher, I aim to create spaces for other facilitators to thrive, to find their voice, to reference themselves, their own inner knowing and truth, so we can truly innovate.

    My journey began with crisis, in 2010, which led me to seek Tantra and Somatic therapy, in which I trained.

    I found the Mystery School and was initiated as a Shaman in 2014.

    I have authored two books, a documentary, and facilitate courses and individual teaching around the world.
