Energy Merging is a shamanic practice found within many ancient traditions of sexual healing, including Tantra.
In this workshop we explore how awareness of subtle energy can deepen intimacy, embodiment and erotic connection.
Open to all levels, this class is taught specifically for GBT men in a sex-positive environment.
During the evening we will
Learn practices for becoming more present in the body.
Develop awareness of subtle energetic sensation.
Learn to perceive another person's energy through our own body.
Explore energetic connection with a partner before introducing gentle erotic contact, which may include cuddling and light touch.
How sexual does it become?
The workshop is taught naked and this is a healing sexual space.
Everyone is invited to explore at their own pace.
There is no expectation to engage beyond your own boundaries.
The emphasis is on cultivating subtle energetic awareness and harness it for presence, pleasure and transformation.
