We begin with a full-body arrival: breath, sensation, earth, and sound.

exploring the concept of sacred as intensified energy rather than a moral or religious category and why certain places on Earth amplify frequency, creating conditions in which the nervous system can encounter source more directly.

Next, the myth at the heart of the Great Pyramid: the story of Osiris, dismembered and reassembled by Isis, and the ancient pattern of descent before ascent death before rebirth. We explore how this same pattern is reflected in the architecture of the pyramid itself, and how its chambers and passages may have served as a space for initiation and transformation.
