Orgasmic shamanism uses energy work and spontaneous movement practice to harness the power of the energetic orgasm for personal transformation.
Sequences of breath, sound, movement, and touch awaken our connection to Eros and invoke our highest power.
Essentially, the energy of the orgasm allows us to tune in to oneness, to have access to higher energetic powers, and to gain access to other dimensions. The more time we spend connecting in this way, the more we grow and transform.
The key to this practice is the spontaneity.
Following the sequences of breath, sound, movement and touch, spontaneous and involuntary movements will begin to emerge in the body. These are the direct link to Eros and the orgasm field, and by experiencing them, our entire being begins to have access to more energy, information, and creativity.
Workshop format: The 90-min workshop will begin with a short introduction to the theoretical conceptualisations about orgasmic shamanism, followed by a practical demonstration. We will then be guided to practice together for 20-30 minutes.
The practices can be done sitting or lying down, so please choose a place in your home depending on what you prefer.
Will there be self-pleasuring?
This practice focuses on the energetic dimension on the orgasm rather than the physical one. This can be achieved simply by using our breath, sound, self-touch, and movement. I will also demonstrate and guide us on how it can also be combined with genital stimulation and intimate touch for more potency. The practice can be done alone or with a partner, clothed, or naked.
