In the famous 60's hit "Breakfast at Tiffany's" Audrey Hepburn's character Holly Golightly once complains to George Peppard that she is not feeling well. When he asks "what's up" she says she simply has the "mean reds" which she describes as being similar to having "the blues", the difference being that you have no clue what is bothering you, you are just not feeling great.
I find this to be the case so often with people around me.

Sometimes, something just isn't right, but our mind tends to want to put a label on it. Perhaps its what I ate, the fact that I am single, I feel fat... etc...

The truth is, sometimes there is nothing wrong. We are simply just not feeling great and it could just simply be some energy which needs to be rebalanced. What we shouldn't do is try to find something wrong and feed patterns which don't need to be fed.
What we should do is drop out of our mind and into our bodies and energy fields and let this energy transmute.

A great way to do this is through a meditation with our home.
This whole work is about how to create a 3-way connection between us, our home and the universal forces.

Below is a meditation that will guide us through the process is approximately 22 minutes.
This can be done at any time, but is especially potent in a moment of "means reds".
Otherwise you can simply sit back and simply enjoy the entertainment value of watching me looking like I'm going to the toilet...
